18-Wheeler Accident Closes Two Lanes on I-30

Monday afternoon an accident occurred that closed two lanes on I-30 heading east over the Trinity River.

The location of the accident, just west of Dallas' Central Business District, was impeded for several hours by backed up traffic before the lanes were finally cleared.

The accident occurred at 3 p.m., involving an 18-wheeler and a pickup truck. Three people were sent to the hospitals for injuries.
