Carley Fisher

TRIAL LAWYERS

Based in our Austin office, Carley Fisher is a former English teacher turned lawyer with a passion for making a difference in the world. From a young age, Carley knew she wanted to change the world. She decided that personal injury law was the best way to accomplish her goal. After becoming a licensed lawyer, she spent a year working for Thomas J. Henry before coming to Zinda Law Group.

Carley graduated high school at age 16 (!) and went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida before attending Wake Forest University Law School. At Wake Forest, Carley was a 1L Mock Trial competition semifinalist and a board member of Awaken: Bioethics Journal and Legal Hackers.

Carley’s specific areas of expertise include automobile accidents, company vehicle accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, and dog bite cases. Carley is currently licensed to practice law in Texas but plans on becoming licensed in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico as well. Additionally, Carley holds memberships with the Texas Bar Association and the Women and the Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

Aside from law, Carley is a published author of a YA zombie book entitled “Enemy Rising.” The book is set in an alternate 1805 India and has a 4.5/5 star rating on Goodreads and Amazon. Carley is currently working on a sequel to Enemy Rising and is co-authoring a children’s book with her mother, Joy.
