CB Baga
Trial Lawyer
CB Baga’s national trial practice focuses on helping people get access to the care and financial resources they need. Passionate about helping people who are going through the hardest times in their lives, CB builds winning strategies to help clients recover after severe injuries or losing a loved one. Since joining Zinda, CB has represented clients in motor vehicle collisions, dog bite, slip-and-fall, and commercial trucking cases.
CB is a true competitor and has always been drawn to litigation and the idea that success in this career is tied to how well we do for each client. “Once I started in courtrooms, I was hooked on being a trial lawyer!”
An experienced attorney, CB joined Zinda Law Group after spending seven years as a litigator at a large law firm in its Minneapolis office. That experience gives CB the insight into defense strategies to help each client find their footing during a difficult time. In their pro bono career, CB founded the Twin Cities’ LGBTQ Legal Clinic, which is a partnership between the Volunteer Lawyers Network and Family Tree Clinic. CB serves as a Director on the boards of RECLAIM youth mental health services and the non-profit law firm, Gender Justice.
CB attended the University of Minnesota Law School and graduated cum laude and was the MLBA’s Student Leadership Award recipient. CB was also the Lead Online Publication editor/founder for Law and Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice. Before attending law school, CB earned a B.S. in Kinesiology: Clinical Movement Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities College of Education and Human Development.
