What If an Attorney Says I Don't Have a Good Car Accident Case?

If you meet with an attorney about your car accident and they tell you that you don't have a good case. It's a good idea to get the advice of other attorneys. Talk to two or three others until you feel comfortable that the answers you are getting are right. Attorneys can have several different reasons for giving a different opinion on a car accident case. They may overlook some fact or liability issue that another attorney might not. They may just not want to put in the work particularly if you come in with incomplete information like no names of witnesses or haven't got the copy of the police report. It could make it difficult for them to evaluate the circumstances. Talk to somebody who handles a lot of car accident cases, who’s familiar with them and can give a more experienced opinion on what makes a good case and what doesn’t.
