What if I am told by an attorney that I do not have a good personal injury case?
If you're ever told by an attorney that you don't have a good personal injury case, it's always beneficial to get a second opinion. There are a lot of factors that can play in to whether your case is considered good or not good. You may have the right to bring the case but maybe it's just one that the attorney wasn't comfortable taking. There's also the possibility that the attorney that you met with isn't current with the situation in the law. Maybe they overlooked something in your damages or missed a fact contributing to the liability of the accident so it's certainly helpful to get at least one if not more opinions on an accident if you're getting turned down.
