Zinda is 100% Virtual And Operational During The COVID-19 Crisis

While the ongoing COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) continues to evolve, our top concerns are the well-being of our Team and the community, while ensuring our Clients’ cases are being serviced at the highest level possible.

While this crisis poses unique challenges, thanks to an incredible team of dedicated attorneys, paralegals and staff we have been able to continue running our office virtually.

Safety is Our First Concern

We have taken numerous steps to ensure the safety of our Clients, Attorneys, Staff and Paralegals. We are also taking detailed steps to ensure that every action we take is in compliance with CDC Guidelines.

Currently we have gone to working 100% virtually, including:

  1. Initial Client Meetings: Remote Initial Client Meetings;
  2. Virtual Depositions
  3. Virtual Mediations
  4. Remote Meetings: Our staff are currently working from home and we are conducting all Client meetings remotely.
  5. Video Conferencing

We have also taken a a variety of other steps that will allow us to continue to operate remotely, and we are ensuring that all the actions taken by our staff and attorneys are in compliance with CDC guidelines.

A few other things to keep in mind

Same Hours & Operations

We continue to be available to our existing clients, including paralegals, attorneys and staff;

Accepting New Cases

We continue to accept new cases, and look for opportunities to help Clients across the country in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases;

Remote Work

Our team is working 100% remotely by using video conferencing or teleconferencing services;

Court System

Many Courts have closed or slowed down their workload. As of today, this has not had an impact on many of our Cases, but this may change as the situation develops;

Support Affected Local Businesses

We also urge our clients and community to support the local businesses hardest hit by the crisis, particularly in the service industry.  If you own a business that has been interrupted by COVID-19, call us today to see if we may help you file a business interruption insurance claim.

Should you, a friend, or family member need our services, there is no need to come to one of our offices. As always, our consultations are 100% free and can be held remotely for your convenience and safety. We are available 24/7, so please do not hesitate to call us at 512-246-2224, or contact us by chat or text. Stay safe.
