While the ongoing COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) continues to evolve, our top concerns are the well-being of our Team and the community, while ensuring our Clients’ cases are being serviced at the highest level possible.
While this crisis poses unique challenges, thanks to an incredible team of dedicated attorneys, paralegals and staff we have been able to continue running our office virtually.
Safety is Our First Concern
We have taken numerous steps to ensure the safety of our Clients, Attorneys, Staff and Paralegals. We are also taking detailed steps to ensure that every action we take is in compliance with CDC Guidelines.
Currently we have gone to working 100% virtually, including:
- Initial Client Meetings: Remote Initial Client Meetings;
- Virtual Depositions
- Virtual Mediations
- Remote Meetings: Our staff are currently working from home and we are conducting all Client meetings remotely.
- Video Conferencing
We have also taken a a variety of other steps that will allow us to continue to operate remotely, and we are ensuring that all the actions taken by our staff and attorneys are in compliance with CDC guidelines.

Many Courts have closed or slowed down their workload. As of today, this has not had an impact on many of our Cases, but this may change as the situation develops;
