WHAT SHOULD I DO AND WHO MAY BE LIABLE FOR MY INJURIES?
Unfortunately, accidents similar to the fatal incident in Colorado Springs may occur due to another party's negligence. In incidents that involve death, wrongful death lawsuits may be a possible path for the deceased's loved ones. These lawsuits can be brought if the deceased lost their life due to another party's negligence, and the incident directly impacted the deceased's family members.
