Julia Witt

Trial Attorney

Julia Witt is a compassionate and driven trial attorney at Zinda Law Group, based out of the firm’s Austin office. Guided by a deep desire to help people who have been hurt by others, Julia chose to pursue a career in law to make a tangible difference in the lives of injured victims. Personal injury law allows her to stand up for those facing life-changing injuries and ensure their voices are heard.

Julia handles a variety of personal injury cases, including car and trucking accidents, premises liability, and dog bites. She is passionate about helping clients rebuild their lives after serious accidents and is dedicated to seeking justice for those who have been wronged.

Before joining Zinda Law Group, Julia worked at a solo practice in Charleston, South Carolina, during law school, where she discovered her passion for connecting with clients and advocating for their needs. That experience shaped her people-first philosophy and reinforced her belief that every client deserves to feel supported and understood throughout the legal process.

Julia earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Christian Legal Society, and received the CALI Award for Excellence in her Land Use Controls course. A published legal scholar, Julia co-authored “Inadvertent Dishonesty,” an article on legal ethics featured in the Pittsburgh Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Baylor University, where she minored in French and Criminal Justice.

Licensed to practice law in Texas, Julia is also pursuing licensure in New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona.

Outside the office, Julia enjoys thrifting, reading mystery novels, cooking, and spending time with her husband Austin and their two cats. You can often find her exploring her favorite areas in Austin — Town Lake or the East Cesar Chavez area.
