SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. – June 29, 2021 – PRLog — Jack Zinda and Joe Caputo of Zinda Law Group have reached a settlement with Katheryn and Maxwell Wilson on behalf of Lin Cheng, a 32-year-old engineer who was injured while skiing on Copper Mountain in Colorado. Cheng was snowboarding one Saturday in December when a 19-year-old skier ran into him while making a turn. The younger skier was riding uphill while Cheng was going downhill.
Lin Cheng sustained severe injuries, including multiple fractures that required surgery. The parties reached settlement on February 21, 2020.
