Early yesterday morning, 23-year-old Sarabjit Singh died from a collision between the semi-truck he was driving and another 18-wheeler on Interstate 40. According to KFDA Amarillo, Singh’s truck veered off the highway and collided with the other vehicle parked at a highway rest area. Officials pronounced Singh dead on the scene and stated that the other semi driver was uninjured, and the truck was legally parked in the rest area.
Texas Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash.
