Shaunté Collins

It is no secret that Shaunté’s number one goal is to help her clients get their lives back on track after an accident. As an advocate for her clients, they are what drives her passion to practice law!

Born and raised in Austin, Shaunté received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2018 from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Before this Shaunté studied at Duke University, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned a certificate in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

In law school, Shaunté served as a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice, a research assistant, and a member of the National Moot Court team. Shaunté also received the 2017 Chief Justice Alma Lopez “Women in Law” Student Leadership and the 2018 Deans’ Academic Awards for her academic achievements and commitment to service in the community. She was also distinguished as the best speaker of the Linda and Dave Schlueter Moot Court Competition.

During her career, Shaunté has advocated for people in personal injury claims. Through her compassionate, understanding and action-orientated mindset, she provides a legal service that allows clients to focus on their recovery while she is focused on resolving their cases.

Through a detail orientated, focused and determined approach to personal injury cases, Shaunté becomes a legal voice for those who need it and is definitely an attorney that you would want in your corner.

Outside of the office, Shaunté enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and her church community, watching college basketball, and reading.
