Motorcycle Passenger Injured when its Driver Failed to Pay Attention to the Road and a Deer Collided with the Motorcycle
Our client was riding as a passenger on a motorcycle on State Highway 55 in Edward County, Texas when a deer ran across the road. Unfortunately, our client was injured in the collision with the deer because the driver of the motorcycle did not react quickly enough and took faulty evasion action. The collision threw our client off the motorcycle and caused her severe injuries.
In this case, the driver of a motorcycle in front of our client was wearing a Go-Pro and had recorded the moments before the collision. This evidence showed that the driver of the motorcycle would have easily seen the deer if he had been paying proper attention and could have avoided it, preventing the severe injuries that our client suffered.
Immediately after the collision, our client experienced severe pain throughout her body. Given the severity of her injuries, she needed to be transported by a life-flight helicopter to the nearest hospital.
This case was settled in litigation and she was compensated for:
- Medical Expenses
- Future Medical Expenses
- Pain and Suffering
An insight into a personal injury client’s experience with Zinda Law Group
I had a great experience with Zinda law group. My lawyer Jason Aldridge kept me informed the whole time. I would call and text him on the weekend and he had no problem explaining anything I had about my case. I was in a motorcycle accident and my medical bill was in the six figures. He got it reduced to a fraction of the amount and got me a settlement check on top of that. I felt like the law group was very transparent and honest with me. My advice call Zinda law group and ask for Jason Aldridge.A Personal Injury Client
